2 weeks

Wow, we can't believe Conner is already two weeks old! And what a crazy two weeks it has been.

My sister, Jillyn, came out to watch Kara for us while we had Conner. She was out here for a week and a half. What a blessing it was to have her here with us. Kara LOVED having her aunt Lynnie around.

Conner was born on May 26th at 4:49 pm. He was 8 pounds 2 ounces and 20 inches long.

On Sunday we got out and went to a park in our subdivision. Kara loved it, of course!!

We tried to get out a little while Jillyn was here. We went for a drive in Amish country one day. Did some shopping the day before Conner was born. The day before she left we went to little petting zoo in Lafayette.

She didn't mind the goat as long as there was just one. She got scared when three of them came up to her.

With the passing of my Grandma McQuivey Jillyn's trip was cut a few days short. At the last minute, after getting a doctors note for Conner and wondering if it was a good idea, we bought Kara and I a ticket to Utah for my Grandmas funeral. We were able to get the same flight as Jillyn which was a blessing again to have her out there with us. I couldn't have done it with out her.
