New house

After looking at over 45 different homes we put an offer on a home this last week.  The offer was accepted!  We are pretty excited.  This house is on .68 acres in a wooded area.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  It has a full basement with a family room finished in it.  The house in about 10 minutes from town, so not to far.  The community has a lake we will be able to canoe on in the summer time!  The only down fall to this house is that the cell phone reception isn't great and there is pretty much no internet.  We can get dial up or pay out of the nose for satellite that we have heard isn't worth it.  Hopefully they will get something out there REAL soon.

This is an extra kick out in the back of the garage.  This will be a nice place to keep the toys!  It even has a roll up door on the side so it makes it easy to get things in and out.
